Job summary

CSL Group Ltd is seeking a Snowplow and Heavy Equipment Operator Crew Lead in Mississauga to lead a snow removal team while operating snowplows and heavy equipment.

Earn $25–$30 per hour with guaranteed pay options, paid bi-weekly, start date November 15, 2026, with potential for full-time, year-round employment at the contract’s end.

Qualifications

• G2 license and clean driver’s abstract required.
• Experience operating a snowplow and/or heavy equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Open availability for on-call work; hours may be very late or very early.
• Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days.
• Access to a mobile phone for communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation, dedication, and a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Physically fit — able to lift 50 lbs or more.

The Role: Snowplow / Heavy Equipment Operator / Snow Removal Crew Lead

Earn $25–$30/hr + Guaranteed Pay Options*
Paid bi-weekly

You can earn $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and reliability. As a Snowplow and Heavy Equipment Operator Crew Lead at CSL, you will lead a team of snow removal professionals while operating snowplows and other heavy equipment. You will play a key role in keeping our communities safe and accessible throughout the winter season.
