Job summary

CSL Group Ltd is seeking a Snow Crew Lead in Canada to direct a team of snow removal professionals, ensuring client properties stay safe and accessible during winter storms. You’ll lead from the front, setting pace, monitoring safety, and delivering efficient, reliable service.

This role requires leadership, dependability, and a hands-on approach. Expect early mornings and long hours, with on-call shifts and the possibility of year-round full-time work after the contract ends.

Qualifications

• Minimum valid G license.
• Reliable transportation to/from job sites.
• Open availability for on-call work (snow falls at night).
• Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days.
• Access to a mobile phone for communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation, dedication and a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Physically fit — able to lift 50 lbs or more.

The Role: Snow Crew Lead

Earn $25–$30/hr + Guaranteed Pay Options*
Paid bi-weekly

As a Snow Crew Lead at CSL, you’ll be at the front of the action, leading a team of snow removal professionals to ensure our clients’ properties remain safe and accessible no matter what winter throws our way. This role requires leadership, reliability, and a hands‑on approach — you’ll be out there alongside your crew, setting the pace and ensuring the job gets done efficiently and safely.

It won’t always be glamorous. There will be early mornings, long hours, and the occasional “why am I awake right now?” moment. But you’ll lead a team that has your back, celebrates wins together, and finds the humour in even the snowiest of days.

• Open availability for on-call work (snow falls when it wants, often at night)




• Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days

Compensation

• $25–$30/hour, based on experience and reliability
