Dynamic-Source-Manufacturing-Inc. is seeking an SMT Operator in Calgary to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. The role requires hands-on SMT machine operation, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and IPC documents, and to maintain equipment and quality standards.

You will contribute to a safe, efficient line, perform routine maintenance, and support continuous improvement while aligning with company values and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related SMT operation experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and machine applications.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down of SMT line and associated machinery.
• Operate SMT machines, printers, and ovens.
• Review IPC and customer documents.
• Edit machines and troubleshoot in process.
• Archive machine reports and perform preventive maintenance.
• Produce products meeting IPC standards.
• Follow DSM safety policies and perform other duties.
