Agilus by Synergie in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking an SMT Operator (Evenings) to support our electro-mechanical manufacturing environment. You will load feeders, input programs on automated placement equipment, and prepare for builds to maximize machine productive time.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and at least 3 years of PCB handling experience, with ESD practices and IPC 610 standards knowledge. Evening shift is 4 pm–12 am, with a 10% shift premium and weekly pay, plus benefits.

Competenze

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of PCB Handling.
• ESD Practices.
• Working experience with IPC 610 Standards.

Mansioni

• PCB handling.
• SMT techniques including pick & place, screen print, and reflow.
• Product inspection, setup, and calibration according to set processes and diagrams.
• Providing support and working with engineers when problems arise.
