ADP is hiring a Banking Relationship Sales Representative (Small Business Solutions) to grow a book of business within Ontario, including Barrie and Bradford, from Mississauga-based territory. The role blends field and virtual selling of ADP’s cloud-based HCM solutions to small businesses (1–49 employees).

Responsabilités

• Drive new business growth by selling ADP’s cloud-based HCM solutions to small businesses via field and virtual sales.
• Prospect, engage, and close deals with business owners and HR/payroll/finance decision makers.
• Develop new clients, expand accounts, and meet defined sales targets.
• Partner with banking partners; nurture referrals and convert leads into new business.
