ADP is hiring an Outside Field Sales Representative focused on Small Business Solutions. This bilingual role (English and Cantonese/Mandarin) targets the Markham territory, selling cloud-based HCM solutions to small businesses.

You will build a book of business, leverage leadership and training, and pursue aggressive revenue targets. Ideal candidates bring proven sales success, territory management, and a consultative approach, with a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by selling ADP’s cloud-based HCM solutions to small businesses (1–49 employees).
• Prospect, engage, and close deals with business owners and HR/payroll decisions.
• Develop new clients, expand accounts, and hit defined sales targets.
• Partner with banking partners and nurture referral relationships.
