Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Engagement: Help customers design and implement solutions that address procurement challenges.
  2. Drive spend adoption by advising customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions.
  3. Provide accurate reporting on growth pipeline and customer spend adoption.
  4. Collaborate with sales teams and leadership to provide updates and insights during deployment.
  5. Focus on automating service needs for customers and work with Product Management and Technical teams to develop solutions that increase adoption.
  6. Meet or exceed targets for customer and feature spend adoption.
  7. Relay market needs and requirements to internal Amazon teams, including Product Management, Technical, and Category Management.
  8. Travel for customer meetings (10-25%).
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  • Fluent in French (speaking, writing, reading).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with pipeline management tools such as Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals.
