Job summary

TD Windsor is seeking a Small Business Associate to support clients and progress to an Account Manager, Small Business through a structured training program.

You will build and expand relationships with local business owners, liaise with internal teams, and provide tailored advice to grow their businesses. TD emphasizes development, a comprehensive Total Rewards package, and a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• University degree and/or relevant entry-level work experience.
• Ability to cultivate long-term client relationships and acquire new clients.
• Excellent business development and prospecting skills to build valuable centers of influence.
• Positive attitude and strong communications, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and expand existing customer relationships within the community while networking with local business leaders.
• Liaise with Internal Branch Banking network, Commercial Banking Centers and Wealth partners to provide holistic advice.
• Keep current on emerging trends and grow knowledge of the business and related tools and techniques.
• Participate fully as a team member and support a positive work environment with timely communication of issues.
