Job summary

Conexus Credit Union seeks a Small Business Advisor, Agriculture for our Fort Qu'Appelle location to provide needs-based financial advice to agricultural members.

You will develop credit and cash-management solutions, build your local book, and balance growth with prudent risk while staying current on industry trends. At least 3 years of credit/advisory experience is required; agriculture knowledge is a definite asset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of credit and advisory experience in a financial institution.
• Proven relationship management skills.
• Experience in business or agricultural lending.
• Post-secondary education related to agriculture or business is an asset.

Were looking for a team player who thrives on developing relationships and providing creative solutions to come on board as our Small Business Advisor, Agriculture at our Fort Qu'Appelle location. You will be providing needs based holistic financial advice (e.g.: credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to our agriculture small business members.
