Conexus Credit Union is seeking a Business Advisor, Agriculture to provide needs-based financial advice to our agriculture members across Humboldt, Saskatoon, and Prince Albert areas. You will grow a portfolio, foster relationships, and deliver proactive guidance to improve members’ financial well-being.
The role emphasizes credit underwriting, risk assessment, and strong community engagement. A background in business, agriculture, or finance supports success in this position.

As of January 1, 2026, Conexus, Cornerstone, and Synergy credit unions have merged into one provincial credit union serving over 200,000 members in 57 branches across 50 Saskatchewan communities.
We acknowledge that our Conexus offices and facilities are located on Treaty 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 lands. These are the traditional lands of the Cree, Dakota, Dene, Lakota, Nakota and Saulteaux peoples, as well as the homeland of the Métis.
We're looking for a team player who thrives on developing relationships and providing creative solutions to come on board as a Business Advisor, Agriculture to assist our members in Humboldt and area. The preferred locations for this position are Humboldt, Saskatoon and Prince Albert, however, this opportunity is open to any Conexus location within the area.
You will be providing needs-based holistic financial advice (e.g. credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to our agriculture members.
$78,800 - $105,070 with 15% Short-Term Incentive Target
