Slot Attendant

In the role of Slot Attendant, if you enjoy providing excellent customer service to patrons and would embrace the challenge and excitement involved in working in the dynamic and fast-paced casino floor environment - we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the operation of assigned gaming machines
• Participate in the payout of manual jackpots and ticket fills
• Make change for patrons
• Answer patrons’ questions
• Ensure compliance with approved AGCO rules and Internal Controls
• Perform other duties as directed

What You’ll Require

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 10 lbs.
• Must be available to work all shifts
• Previous experience as a Slot Attendant is an asset
• Proven superior customer service, conflict resolution skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction
• Proven cash handling experience and strong mathematical skills
• French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset
• All employees at Casino Rama are expected to:
• Comply with the duties of workers or supervisors, as prescribed by Section 27 or 28 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Comply with all applicable Casino Rama Occupational Health and Safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Demonstrate a positive health and safety attitude to ensure Casino Rama continuously provides a safe entertainment destination for patrons and co-workers.
