Job summary

Jardeg is recruiting for a Skilled Labourer to join the Quinn Construction team for an outage at the Ineos site near Red Deer, Alberta. The position runs straight through from September 21 to October 2, with local accommodations.

Responsibilities include assisting pipefitters, site demotion and cleanup, material handling, and following directions from senior trades personnel. Must have 5+ years Labourer experience and relevant safety certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Labourer experience (including pipefitting).
• CSTS 2020 certification required.
• ESC Fall Protection certification required.
• ESC Confined Space certification required.
• Driver's Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pipefitters and support trades on site.
• Demolition, cleaning, waste removal and preparation of construction sites; loading/unloading and material distribution.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from senior trades foreperson, leadhand or journeyperson.
