Job summary

Jardeg is recruiting Steamfitter/Pipefitter Journeypersons for an outage at the Ineos site near Red Deer, Alberta. The project runs September 21 to October 2 with a day shift and 11 days straight, LOA available for qualified candidates, and accommodations provided for eligible applicants.

Qualified candidates will hold a Pipefitter Journeyperson or Inter-Provincial Red Seal Certification, CSTS 2020 Fundamentals, ESC Fall Protection and ESC Confined Space certifications, plus a valid Canadian

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include formal certification as a Pipefitter Journeyperson or Inter-Provincial Red Seal.
• CSTS 2020 Fundamentals completion is required.
• ESC Fall Protection certification is required.
• ESC Confined Space certification is required.
• Satisfactory Drug & Alcohol Test is required.
• Valid Canadian Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, assemble, fabricate, maintain and repair piping systems carrying water, steam, chemicals or fuel.
• Remove and replace worn components and perform general maintenance; may participate in plant shutdowns.

Jardeg is recruiting Journeyperson Steamfitter/Pipefitters to join the Quinn Construction Maintenance team for an Outage from September 21 - October 2 at the Ineos site near Red Deer, Alberta.

Steamfitter – pipefitters lay out, assemble, fabricate, maintain and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes. Pipefitters also remove and replace worn components, do general maintenance work and may work on plant shut-downs.

LOA id available for qualified candidates who live outside the area
