Job summary

The Natt Group is seeking Skilled Labourers to join our team on an as-needed basis in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada.

You will perform physically demanding general labour tasks, assist with site setup, load and move materials, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Ideal candidates will hold a valid G driver’s license with a clean abstract, be able to work 12-hour shifts including evenings and weekends, and be comfortable in various outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding general labour tasks, including lifting and site support.
• Assist with site setup, maintenance, cleanup and housekeeping.
• Load, unload and transport materials, tools and equipment safely.
• Inspect and operate basic tools as needed.
• Assist with installation, repair, maintenance and construction projects.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow all company policies and health and safety protocols.

Natt Group operates through three core pillars: Natt Safety Services, Northern Academy (a Private Career College), and Natt Personnel. Together, they provide complete safety solutions—from training and certification to on-site support, including Confined Space Rescue specialists—while covering all staffing requirements.

We are adding to our staff pool and looking for Skilled Labourers to join our team to work on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physically demanding general labour tasks assigned, including lifting, carrying, and site support in various weather conditions
• Assist with site setup, maintenance, clean up, and general housekeeping duties
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely
• Inspect and operate basic tools and equipment as needed
• Assist with installation, repair, maintenance, and construction projects
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as required
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labour
• Comfortable working in a variety of outdoor conditions – rain, shine, snow, etc.
