Job summary

Speers Construction Inc. in Revelstoke, BC is seeking a Labourer to support our civil construction crew on multiple projects across British Columbia. You will assist with site prep, material handling, and tool operation, following safety protocols and directions from supervisors.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and a team player who communicates well and is willing to learn. A valid Class 5 license and basic safety training are assets, with training provided as needed.

We are currently looking for a Labourer to assist our construction team in Revelstoke. The successful candidate will be an individual with a flexible schedule to work with our team on multiple civil construction projects throughout British Columbia.

Expectations

• Commitment to safety and compliance with all PPE.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; bending and crouching for extended periods of time.
• Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with hand tools and how to operate effectively and safely.
• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, including moving materials and equipment.

Qualifications
