Job description

River Valley Construction Services Ltd is looking for three (3) Full-Time Construction Labourers (NOC 75110). This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $29.00/hour, plus mileage and live-out pay when applicable.

Job Description:

• Assist tradespersons such as cement/concrete finishers in construction activities
• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades required at construction sites
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Level earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel
• Clean up work space
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.

Job Requirements:

• Must be physically able to do construction work
• Previous concrete experience is an asset
• Language in the workplace is English

Job Location:

Various sites in BC – interior, Whistler, Williams Lake.
