Job summary

Crowne Pacific Development Corp. is seeking a hands-on carpenter for full-time, in-person work in Campbell River, BC. Join a team focused on quality and safety as you contribute to residential construction projects across stages from framing to finish.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of high-density residential experience, strong carpentry skills, and a team-first mindset. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and adapt to indoor/outdoor work is important; first aid and blueprint-reading skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Carpentry skills with 2+ years in high-density residential construction.
• Ability to read blueprints (BC Building Code knowledge is a plus).
• First Aid certification (OFA Level 2 or 3) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices and procedures on site.
• Assist with the construction of residential buildings, including wood-frame, steel, and concrete construction, throughout various stages of the build.
• Use hand and power tools and other construction equipment safely and effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to apprentices and labourers, sharing your knowledge and experience.

What You’ll Do
