Key Duties

• Operate tractors and equipment for planting, cultivating, and harvest operations
• Perform crop spraying and fertilizer/crop protection applications following safety regulations
• Conduct mechanical repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on farm machinery
• Assist with harvest operations, equipment operation, and general farm duties
• Maintain records and a clean, safe work environment

• Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on equipment maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or higher preferred)
• Pesticide Applicator certification an asset (support available)

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 – 65.0 per week
