Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are looking for EXPERIENCED OPERATORS to join our BASE DIVISION for the 2026 construction season.

This is a seasonal position that offers a competitive wage with benefits. OPERATOR’S primary duties will include but are not limited to: performing pre-trips, daily equipment checks, and safe operation of heavy machinery; moving materials and loading into

• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a medical/fitness exam.
• Experience as an operator in road construction is preferred.
• Seasonal position for the 2026 construction season; ability to work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trips and complete Daily Equipment Checklists and report issues to foreman.
• Conduct daily maintenance on equipment for safe operation.
• Move material: dumping, placing, and loading into trucks.
• Haul trailers, equipment, cement, or construction materials safely and in accordance with safety rules.
• May be asked to perform general labour duties as needed.
• Maintain a safety-minded and high- accountability work culture on site.

OPERATOR’Sprimary duties will include but are not limited to:

• Ensure “pre-trips” and all Daily Equipment Checklists are completed daily and any equipment concerns are addressed to your foreman.
• Complete all daily maintenance on equipment required for continued safe functioning.
• Efficiently move material: dumping, placing, and loading of material into trucks.
• Hauling trailers, equipment, cement, or construction materials, in accordance with all safe work practices and legal regulations.
• Able to work long hours.
• In addition, you may be asked to perform general labour duties as needed.

Pay Scale $25 - $36

Successful candidates will thrive in a physically demanding, highly productive, and high-pressure environment.
