Bella Coola Heli Sports operates in the glaciated wilderness of BC’s central coast. We provide world-class skiing in the winter and connect our guests with incredible wilderness adventures in the summer. We operate from five remote properties, three of which are in the Tatla Lake region of the Chilcotin and two which are in the Bella Coola valley. We are looking for a knowledgeable, organized, and hands‑on Ski Technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional equipment performance and supporting unforgettable mountain experiences. As Ski Technician at Bella Coola Heli Sports, you play a vital role in ensuring every guest begins each ski day with equipment that is expertly prepared, properly fitted, and maintained to the highest standards of safety and performance.

Working across our remote mountain lodge operation, you’ll oversee our ski and snowboard fleet, support mountain operations, and contribute to the smooth execution of daily lodge logistics. This role combines technical expertise with operational support, requiring someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership of every detail behind the scenes.

Success in this position comes from balancing precision with adaptability. You’ll work closely with our guides, operations team, maintenance staff, and lodge managers to ensure equipment, inventory, fueling operations, and guest arrivals all run seamlessly.
