Bella Coola Heli Sports, based in BC's central coast, invites a Chef de Partie to join our remote lodge kitchen. You will work alongside the Head Chef, taking ownership of either breakfast service or ski service, and ensure every dish is prepared with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.

This hands-on role covers food preparation, service, cleaning, dishwashing, and supporting daily kitchen operations, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Bella Coola Heli Sports operates in the glaciated wilderness of BC’s central coast. We provide world‑class skiing in the winter and connect our guests with incredible wilderness adventures in the summer. We operate from five remote properties, three of which are in the Tatla Lake region of the Chilcotin and two which are in the Bella Coola valley. We boast the largest heli‑skiing tenure of any operator in the world and our Himalayan‑like mountains draw outdoor enthusiasts from around the world.

From food preparation and service to cleaning, dishwashing, and supporting daily kitchen operations, everyone contributes to creating an exceptional guest experience.
