Job summary

Sport Chek is looking for a Service Shop Technician to interact with customers, assess needs, and set up, repair, and maintain sporting equipment. You will ensure equipment is serviced to manufacturer specifications and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires experience in ski/snowboard shops and hands-on technical skills, with opportunities for benefits, career growth, and product discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of previous work experience in a ski/snowboard shop.
• Some, Intermediate, or Advanced experience working on skis or snowboards.
• Previous ski, snowboard experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/disassemble different types of ski & Snowboards.
• Ski & snowboard mounting, waxing and tuning.
• Maintain snow equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to support team performance targets.
