Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic Ski/Snowboard Instructors to deliver high-quality lessons on the slopes. You will participate in on-hill training sessions, stay current with CASI/CSIA updates, and help create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.

The role requires certification (CASI Level 1 or CSIA Level 1 or equivalent) and comfort with children, while offering full- and part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CASI Level 1 or CSIA Level 1 or equivalent ski/snowboard certification.
• Previous instructing experience is an asset.
• Comfortable working with young children and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ski/snowboard lessons in a professional and organized manner.
• Ensure lessons are up-to-date and aligned with Snow School policies.
• Greet and assist guests, support on-hill training, and adhere to Health & Safety guidelines.
