Job summary

Groupe Lactalis is seeking enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coaches to join an established private soccer academy in Durham Region. You will work with players across the U8–U14 age groups within a Canada Soccer National Youth Club Licence environment.

Applicants should have coaching experience, Canada Soccer coaching certifications, and a professional, energetic approach. The club emphasizes development, structured programs, and collaboration with experienced Directors and staff.

Qualifications

• Have previous coaching experience.

• Be reliable, professional, energetic, and eager to develop as a coach.
• Work well with young athletes within a structured academy program.

Responsibilities

• Coach youth players in the U8–U14 age groups within the academy.
• Deliver development-focused sessions aligned with Canada Soccer standards.
• Collaborate with Directors and coaching staff to maintain program quality.
• Support the club’s ethos of positive, professional training environment.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Youth Soccer Coaches to join an established private soccer academy in Durham Region.

We are a Canada Soccer National Youth Club Licence holder, supported by experienced Technical Directors and coaches who are committed to providing a positive, professional, and development-focused environment for young players.

Age Groups: U8–U14.

We are looking for coaches who:

• Have previous coaching experience, preferably in a competitive academy environment.
• Hold the appropriate Canada Soccer coaching certifications.
• Are reliable, professional, energetic, and eager to develop as a coach.
• Work well with young athletes and within a structured academy program.

Don't have all your certifications yet?:

We will still consider and interview motivated coaching candidates who demonstrate the right experience, attitude, and commitment. Successful candidates will be expected to complete the required Canada Soccer coaching certification levels for their assigned age group.
