Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario’s largest mountain resort. This seasonal full-time role focuses on daily maintenance of the outdoor skating trail to ensure a fun and safe guest experience, working a 6:00 AM–6:00 PM shift in all weather conditions.

You will operate a range of equipment, remove snow and debris daily, and adhere to company standards under coaching from leadership. Enjoy staff perks and a robust seasonal schedule at Blue Mountain.

Responsabilidades

• Create and provide daily maintenance on the skating trail.
• Maintain skating trail to ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
• Build and maintain the ice surface using tractors, snow blowers, Zamboni and hand tools.
• Clear snow around the property including guest areas, parking, and condition ice daily.
• Remove debris from the property and keep the workspace clean and tidy.
• Follow standards and directions from leadership through training and coaching.

SEASONAL-FULL TIME WAGE-$20.26 DAYS SHIFT- 4 days on- 3 days Off Schedule

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• This purpose of this role is to create and provide daily maintenance on the skating trail.
• This maintenance position is critical to providing fun, and safe experience for guests while on the skating trail.
• Builds and maintains the ice surface of an outdoor skating trail using a variety of equipment, including but not limited to, tractors, snow blowers, Zamboni, and other various pieces of equipment and hand tools.
• Removes all snow from around the property including guest facing areas, parking facilities, and conditioning of the ice surface daily.
• Removes debris from property, including ice surface; keeps a clean and tidy workspace
• Is aware of and is compliant with the standards and tactics of the business unit as directed by their leaders through training and coaching.
