Proactive communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for delivering excellent client service.

  • Experience with large custom exhibit builds (40'x40'+).

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor & Warehouse Lead with a strong background in the trade show and exhibit industry. This dual-role position includes leading installation & dismantle (I&D) crews on-site and overseeing warehouse operations between shows. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Aluvision, Octanorm, and large-scale custom exhibit builds, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in delivering flawless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and dismantle exhibits for local, national, and U.S. events
  • Supervise I&D crews; provide clear direction and maintain on-site efficiency
  • Coordinate with clients, Account Managers, and show service providers
  • Troubleshoot issues involving show services, freight, customs, and graphics
  • Ensure projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule
  • Serve as Warehouse Lead between shows: pulling materials, prepping booth components, packing, assisting with set-ups, and supporting the fabrication team
  • Manage deliveries and maintain detailed time sheets for warehouse, site, and crew hours
  • Work evenings/weekends as required; travel for projects across Canada and the U.S.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years exhibit installation experience(required)
  • Proven crew leadership experience(required)
  • Strong experience with Aluvision, Octanorm, or similar exhibit systems(required)
  • Experience withlarge custom exhibit builds (40’x40’+)
  • Ability to read and interpretCAD drawings
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional communication
  • Strong problem-solving abilities; comfortable handling issues on-site
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a reliable, “get it done” approach
  • Eligible to work in Canada and travel to the U.S (25%)
  • Forklift operation experience/certification is an asset
