You’ll run daily huddles, confirm materials and work orders, and ensure crews know what to do each day. This hands-on role prioritizes schedule adherence, clear directions, and safe, organized job sites.

We seek a communicator with strong organization and basic field-technology skills to keep projects on track. Roofing experience is helpful but not required.

Top Notch Roofing, a well-established roofing company in Chilliwack, BC, is hiring a Site Supervisor to be the connective link between our Production Manager and our field crews. You'll oversee 3-4 active job sites, run daily huddles, confirm materials and work orders, and make sure every crew member knows exactly what needs to get done each day.

This is a hands-on execution and organization role focused on keeping jobs on schedule and ensuring crews have clear direction. This is not a people-management position -- you'll be directing crews clearly, coordinating daily work, and keeping each site running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Confirm the daily job site plan before the crew arrives
• Review work orders and material orders prepared by our admin team
