Job summary

Securitas Canada is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a client site in Ottawa, ensuring a safe and secure environment while delivering excellent customer service.

The role includes supervising guards, monitoring CCTV and access control, and ensuring post orders are followed. Candidates must hold an Ontario Security Guard License and be eligible for a Canadian security clearance.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in security.
• Eligible to obtain Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance (Canadian).
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, email, CCTV, access control systems, and digital scheduling/reporting software.

Securitas Canada is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a client site while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Security Guards during assigned shifts.
• Perform Security Guard duties in accordance with site procedures and company policies.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and emergency systems.
• Manage access control and badge programming.
• Conduct patrols and contractor escorts as required.
• Complete digital scheduling, reports, and payroll documentation using WFM and other software.
• Ensure post orders are followed and respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Liaise with client representatives and elevate issues to Operations or the District Manager when required.
• Provide after-hours operational support during emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the security industry.
• Eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance (Canadian).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, CCTV, access control systems, and digital scheduling/reporting software.
• Reliable, professional, organized, and able to work independently.
