Job summary

Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. in Ontario is seeking a Site Supervisor to drive on‑site execution of shoring projects with safety and quality at the forefront. You will lead crews, coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and clients, and ensure projects run on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll oversee daily operations, read drawings, ensure compliance, and manage logistics. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites are required.

SUMMARY

Reporting into the Operations Director, the Site Supervisor is responsible for supporting and driving the successful, on‑time, and within‑budget execution of shoring projects from start to finish. This role plays a critical part in the operations team and works closely with on‑site crews, engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring strict safety compliance, managing jobsite logistics, and serving as the primary on‑site representative for GIP to deliver high‑quality project outcomes.

• Expected Base Salary: $84,000 - $150,000 per year. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, work location, and market expectations.
