We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SiteSupervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at project sites across Canada. You will be responsible for coordinating racking installations, managing subcontractors, ensuring site safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of warehouse racking systems (pallet racking, shelving, mezzanines, etc.)
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required specifications
• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and in-house installation teams
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness on site
• Interpret engineering drawings and provide technical guidance to installation teams
• Perform quality control inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Communicate project progress with clients, project managers, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports and incident logs

Qualifications
