Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily activities on our Brandon, MB project. You will manage trades, coordinate with managers and suppliers, and ensure schedules, safety, and quality meet project requirements.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on delivering projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction.
• Journeyman ticket or equivalent trade qualifications preferred.
• Engineering degree or college diploma an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety practices, and site operations.
