We are hiring a Site Supervisor for our New Home Construction Company. This position will be a supervisory role and will monitor and coordinate at the site level the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.

Responsibilities:

1. The Site Supervisor will assist in coordinating, scheduling, and evaluating projects according to schedule. They will also be able to be on the tools to help with checkouts, etc.
2. Hold a Journeyman's Carpenters Certification Red Seal or higher.
3. Proven training experience with regards to job site safety.
4. Good knowledge of National Building Codes.
5. Ability to deal effectively with homeowners, salespeople, sub-trades, and office staff.
6. Work in a high-paced environment and meet deadlines.

The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e., Permanent Resident Status or Canadian Citizenship) and must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
