The Site Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the construction projects. The position will be tasked with ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Essential Functions

Plan and direct construction activities from start to move-in date:

1. Ensure all homes are delivered on time, and within budget.
2. On-site implementation and management of Company safety program.
3. Project maintenance.
4. Customer satisfaction.

Management Of Subcontractors, Including:

1. Scheduling.
2. Inspections.
3. Quality Control.
4. Approval of work.

Management Of Materials, Including:

1. Scheduling and checking deliveries.
2. Correcting take offs.
3. Ensuring proper installation.
4. Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Beneficial:

1. Journeyman in Plumbing
2. Journeyman in Electrical
3. Journeyman in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning
4. Apprentice in Carpentry
