Job summary

Parker Huggett in Kelowna, BC seeks an experienced Site Superintendent to own day-to-day on-site operations for ground-up and renovation projects. You will work with the PM team to deliver safely, on time, and on budget.

The role requires 5+ years' experience on ICI/multi-family sites, strong BC Building Code knowledge, and ability to coordinate multiple trades. Procore proficiency is an asset; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on ICI and/or multi-family construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of the BC Building Code, WorkSafeBC regulations, and construction best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors on active job sites.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software is an asset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or a related field is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, and clients on project progress, RFIs, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate daily site documentation, including reports, schedules, and safety records.
• Support project close-out, deficiency management, and warranty items.

Our client, a well-established general contractor delivering ICI and multi-family construction projects across the Okanagan, is looking to add an experienced Site Superintendent to their team in Kelowna, BC. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on construction leader to take ownership of day-to-day site operations on a variety of ground-up and renovation projects, working closely with the project management team to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Duties include but are not limited to:
