Job summary

Pinehouse Business North in Saskatoon, SK, is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations on site, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time progress. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Project Manager and requires hands-on supervision of crews.

The position features a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, travel to site covered, and provided meals and accommodations. Candidates should have Journeyman Carpenter certification or strong carpentry background with supervisory

Qualifications

• Journeyman Carpenter Certification or >6 years carpentry experience
• Experience supervising construction sites in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to read project drawings

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work progresses safely and on schedule
• Provide direct supervision to crews and enforce work standards
• Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations, company policies and client specifications
• Support estimation and project planning for future projects
