TEEMA Group is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor for a project in Abbotsford, BC. The role demands a seasoned professional with a track record of managing mid-sized commercial and light-industrial builds from start to finish.

Responsibilities include coordinating field operations, enforcing safety protocols, and interfacing with trades to ensure schedule adherence while maintaining quality. A strong trades background and ability to read prints are preferred.

Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Overview:

Are you an experienced and accountable construction site supervisor with a passion for excellence and an eye for the small details that make you indispensable on any team? Our clienthas an immediate-start opportunity on a project in Abbotsford, BC. Our client is a trusted Canadian design-builder with more than 30 years of experience in food processing, cold storage, distribution and industrial facilities. They offer end-to-end construction delivery tailored to each client's needs, on projects of all sizes, from small renovations and industrial tenant improvements to full-scale greenfield construction.

What you must have:

• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in general contracting as a Superintendent or Site Supervisor
• Ability to run mid-sized commercial and light-industrial projects valued at $5M to $20M with limited supervision
• All-weather construction experience on ground-up projects
• A trades background is preferred (carpentry, concrete, finishing, service or special projects work)
• Ability to read prints, measurements and layouts
• Competency in safety, administration, workforce management, cost and quality control, and project execution
• A strong understanding of other trades and disciplines as they relate to workforce planning and site coordination
• Proficiency with computers, email, progress reports and online safety tools and forms
• Project management skills and an understanding of the core principles of construction (safety, budget, schedule and scopes of work)
• Demonstrated strategic planning, problem-solving and risk mitigation skills
• Relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach that have earned you trust and a strong network of professional partners
• Ability to manage difficult situations with positive results

Salary/Rate Range:

$93,600.00 - $104,000.00
