Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations on high-rise construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to monitor project status and address issues related to scope changes, delays, or resources.
• Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain safety compliance and site-specific protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct site inspections and complete documentation, including reports, safety logs, and inspection certificates.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience managing high-rise construction projects from planning to execution.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing site teams and meeting project milestones.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Minimum of 10+ years in site supervision or construction management, especially in high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial projects.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related fields.
