Lead a portfolio of ICI Projects for the company! This established GC with a proven history of delivering complex construction projects across various sectors is seeking a Senior Superintendent with a background in overseeing ICI construction projects in the $20M-$100M range.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of junior Superintendents
• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for projects involving ICI construction
• Oversee tradespeople
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to your team of Superintendents

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience as a Senior Site Superintendent, with a proven track record of overseeing ICI construction projects in the $20M-$100M range
