What You’ll Do

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the reliability, scalability, and performance of our SaaS infrastructure and products. Key duties include:

• Ensuring high availability and performance of SaaS products across environments, monitoring system health, and responding to incidents.
• Performing incident response, troubleshooting, and post-mortem analysis to minimize downtime.
• Implementing automation for deployments, scaling, and maintenance to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with teams to deploy and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and applications.
• Building monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for real-time visibility and proactive issue resolution.
• Monitoring capacity, forecasting growth, and designing strategies for scalability.
• Ensuring security best practices and compliance measures are followed.
• Optimizing system performance and documenting processes for knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role within SaaS or cloud environments.
• Strong experience with AWS, Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms.
• Proficiency with APM and log analytics tools (ELK, Datadog, New Relic).
• Programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, web deployment, databases, and networking fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification.
• Experience managing large-scale distributed systems and security in cloud environments.
