We seek a highly skilled Backend and Site Reliability Engineer who can design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems while ensuring high reliability and performance on Azure Cloud. The candidate will also be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests to ensure application quality. Expertise in TypeScript, Terraform, Azure Cloud services, testing, and CI/CD is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. SRE Responsibilities: Ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of cloud infrastructure on Azure. Implement monitoring tools and automate processes to enhance system resilience.
2. Support: Respond to support tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve critical events.
3. Infrastructure Management: Use Terraform to manage and provision Azure resources efficiently, ensuring compliance with best practices.
4. Test Automation: Develop test scripts and tools to automate testing and deployment tasks, improving quality and reliability.
5. Test Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans outlining strategies, objectives, and timelines. Execute these plans to ensure thorough coverage of software functionalities.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of test outcomes, document test cases, and report progress to stakeholders.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure secure deployment and operation of applications on the cloud platform.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills:
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud services (e.g., container-based services).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
