• Oversees production labor and quality control staffing.
• Ensures payroll accuracy and timekeeping.
• Maintains staffing to meet production demands and keeps operations compliant.
• Interacts with clients daily to address inquiries and concerns.
• Trains staff on workflow and machine operations when needed.
• Ensures timely completion of site reports and paperwork.
• Manages P&L and implements service excellence initiatives.
• Communicates job expectations and performance to subordinates.
• Implements and enforces company procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
