Job summary

St-Amour on the Montreal South Shore is seeking a hands-on materials coordinator for a major EPCM industrial project. This 100% site-based role requires you to coordinate receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution of materials and equipment to meet construction priorities.

You will maintain visibility over receipt, location, condition, and availability for contractors, and work closely with the Construction Manager, buyers, and expeditors to manage OS&D, plan deliveries, and track rental

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Ensure materials are properly recorded and tracked in Oracle Unifier and InEight.
• Manage overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D) with buyers and expeditors.
• Organize storage areas and coordinate the release of materials to contractors.
• Plan major equipment deliveries according to construction priorities and lifting plans.
• Track rental equipment and contribute to cost control.

Coordinate the receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution of materials and equipment required for a major industrial construction project.

This is a 100% site-based role, reporting directly to the Construction Manager.

We are looking for a hands-on professional capable of maintaining constant visibility over materials: receipt, location, condition, and availability for contractors.
