Job summary

Ndinawemaaganag Endaawaad Inc. is seeking a dedicated Site Manager for Endaaying – Transitional Housing at 475 Flora Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.

You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure a safe and supportive home for Relatives, and supervise staff in a new location. Reporting to the Director of Programs and Services, you will coordinate housing processes, maintain policies, and collaborate with community partners to support housing stability and culturally grounded service delivery for Indigenous

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in social services or a related field.
• Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience working with Indigenous youth or young adults.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, administration, and housing environment.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to Helpers including scheduling and training.
• Oversee housing operations, including orientation, occupancy, housing agreements, and policies.
• Promote a respectful living environment encouraging independence and community connection.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, security, and upkeep of the building and property.
• Coordinate responses to incidents including after-hours support.
• Manage site resources and monitor expenditures.
• Collaborate with other Ndinawe programs and community partners.
• Maintain documentation and reporting to leadership.
• Support culturally grounded service delivery.
