All Ontario Recycling Inc. in Ontario is seeking a Site Manager to supervise yard operations, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. This role reports to the Regional Manager and drives process improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• You have previous experience as supervisor or site manager.
• Experience in metal scrap industry is an asset.
• Knowledge of different commercial trucks and forklifts.

Job Description

Reporting into the Regional Manager, theSite Managerwill supervise, lead and control, in part, operational tasks relating to the yard. They will respond effectively to quality and productivity and health and safety requirements. They will see to the planning of operations and collide with management to continuously optimize and improve processes.
