Job summary

All Ontario Recycling is seeking a Site Manager to supervise yard operations, lead a team, and drive safety, quality, and productivity in Ontario. You will report to the Regional Manager and plan daily work, coordinate resources, and partner with management to continuously improve processes.

The ideal candidate has supervisory or site management experience in metal recycling, knows about commercial trucks and forklifts, and communicates clearly with staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as supervisor or site manager.
• Experience in metal scrap industry is an asset.
• Knowledge of commercial trucks and forklifts.
• Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

Job Description

Reporting into the Regional Manager, theSite Managerwill supervise, lead and control, in part, operational tasks relating to the yard. They will respond effectively to quality and productivity and health and safety requirements. They will see to the planning of operations and collide with management to continuously optimize and improve processes.

Qualifications
