Job summary

Pattern Energy is seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator to support the Wind Facility Operations Team. You will work with the Facility Manager and Regional Manager handling day-to-day administrative tasks and record-keeping for the facility.

Responsibilities include inventory control, work-order processing in Oracle, and coordinating purchasing and vendor activities. Strong Excel/ERP skills and confidentiality are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years in an admin role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage profiles and settings.
• Strong analytical and accounting data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication across levels and team environments.
• Experience with inventory controls, Oracle ERP, and purchasing/receiving activities.
• Comfort with hardware, typing, proofreading, and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Create reports and project statements including cost responsibilities and status.
• Manage spare parts inventory, stockroom organization, and cycle counts.
• Process work orders in Oracle; track material consumption, labor hours, and metrics.
• Handle purchasing and receiving: requisitions, POing, vendor setup, and discrepancies.
• Provide desk-side ERP support to site staff.
• Track project expenses and report to Facility Manager for financial management.
• Coordinate with corporate facilities on equipment and consumables.
• Collaborate with Houston and San Francisco offices on legal matters and vendor relations.
• Assist with high-visibility meetings and regional staff meetings.
• Support JV/Partner agreements when present.
• Perform other duties as needed.
