Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Site Lead to onboard clinics on an eReferral and eOrder platform. The role involves leading site activations, coordinating with clinicians and hospital staff, and ensuring successful onboarding across multiple delivery projects.

The ideal candidate has healthcare PM experience, strong communication, and a track record of delivering digital healthcare solutions with both Agile and Waterfall approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Project Management, or equivalent.
• 5 years' recent healthcare project experience.
• Experience delivering digital solutions to healthcare sites.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder consultations with vendors and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership and delivery track record.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site onboarding projects and coordinate efforts to meet scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, and stakeholders for success.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned sites and manage relationships.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively.
• Chair project meetings and ensure effective communication across resources.

Senior Project Manager / Site Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Site Lead / Senior Project Manager to join our team to onboard clinics with an eReferral and eOrder platform. This role offers the potential to work across various delivery projects within an expanding portfolio. The Project Manager/Site Lead, working closely with Site Facilitators, Intake Coordinators, and Clinicians, will play a key role in leading clinic/site activations, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring a successful onboarding experience for providers. With a focus on flexibility and growth, this position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of delivery projects, including site deployments, activations, and new service delivery initiatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring the seamless implementation of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site onboarding projects and coordinate efforts to achieve project objectives within timelines, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sites, maintaining open communication and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively.
• Coordinate and chair project meetings and facilitate effective communication among project resources.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and relevant committees.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
• Manage project scope changes and obtain necessary approvals.
• Control project financials, resource utilization, issues, and risks.
• Escalate significant issues and collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions.
• Perform project management processes in accordance with PMO standards.
• Adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Project Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) years' recent related experience working in a healthcare environment.
• Experience delivering digital solutions to healthcare sites.
• Experience facilitating consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups, including vendors.
• Extensive experience communicating with clinical/non-clinical staff, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple Agile projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership abilities and strong delivery track record.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of how technologies work together within a healthcare ecosystem.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to adapt to changing project priorities.
• PMP designation preferred.
• Experience working within Health Authorities considered an asset.
• Knowledge of OceanMD and EMR/CIS systems considered a strong asset.
