Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Site Infrastructure Manager on a permanent basis at our Co-op Refinery Complex. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide governance and manage the performance of refinery infrastructure assets such as roadways, warehousing facilities, fireproofing, asbestos control, exterior electrical and other assets that are not directly focused on running the plant.
  • Drive asset ownership, performance optimization, cost governance, and strategic capital investments for infrastructure assets critical to refinery operations which represent ~40% of our Maintenance and Reliability activities, while developing a 5 year capital plan.
  • Monitor expected life of infrastructure assets, enforce care strategies to improve the way that maintenance is performed to ensure optimal reliability for the life of the assets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Infrastructure Team, CRC teammates and contractors.
    • Set performance expectations for Infrastructure team. Observe performance directly in the field, providing feedback and coaching for improvement
    • Establish and utilize key metrics regarding maintenance execution and asset performance to identify gaps and develop action plans to achieve gap closure.

The Team: You will work closely with Site Infrastructure Coordinators, will have 2 direct report(s), and will report into the Turnaround and Maintenance Coordinator Superintendent.

Who you are:

  • Have 10+ years of related operations or project management experience.
  • Have a Technical Diploma, Engineering Degree or Trade Certification (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Are familiar with Asset Management and Asset Care Strategies.
