Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring two Site Infrastructure Coordinator’s on a permanent basis at the Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC). This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.

Are you ready to play a key role in managing the critical infrastructure that supports our operations? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team at the CRC.

As the Site Infrastructure Coordinator, you will ensure the availability, readiness, and management of all infrastructure needs to support daily operations and strategic projects. You’ll be the primary point of contact for infrastructure-related issues, working closely with various departments to coordinate asset management activities and resolve complex challenges. This role is pivotal in maintaining seamless operational support and driving infrastructure readiness for our site.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure the readiness and availability of site infrastructure to support daily operations and our annual turnaround.
  • Act as the focal point for all infrastructure and services (facilities, roadways and railways, snow removal, vegetation control, waste management, scrap metal recycling, locker rooms, fleet management, etc.)
  • Supervise asset management activities related to infrastructure and services, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with safety policies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with contractors and CRC stakeholders, addressing escalated infrastructure issues and ensuring alignment with operational goals.

Who you’ll work with:

The Team: You will work closely with the Site Infrastructure team, as well as other teams across the organization, and will report into the Site Infrastructure Manager.

Who you are:

  • Have 6+ years of relevant experience in asset or operation management.
  • Have a Technical Diploma or Trade Certification (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Are familiar with Asset Management and Asset Care Strategies.
