Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions (Canada) Inc. is seeking a Site Health & Safety Administrator for an on-site role in Northern BC. You will support safety data management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a two weeks on/two weeks off schedule.

The position emphasizes data accuracy, incident tracking, and process documentation. The role requires knowledge of HSE practices, post-secondary safety education, and proficiency with MS Office and HSE systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health & safety practices in industrial/construction environments.
• Post-secondary education in Health & Safety or related field.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of document control and data management best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HSE systems (incident management, LMS, PTW) is preferred.
• Effective communication and ability to ask questions and share insights.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain large volumes of data accurately.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compiling safety performance metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain and update health & safety information across internal systems with high accuracy.
• Provide administrative support in developing and maintaining safety procedures.
• Identify inconsistencies in data and raise concerns.
• Contribute to audit readiness by keeping documentation current and compliant.
• Support collection, validation, and organization of safety-related data.
• Ensure data handling aligns with privacy and compliance standards.
• Prepare internal reports and dashboards for leadership review.
• Record and track incident reports with proper documentation and data completeness.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Site Health & Safety Administrator to support our clients’ team. This is an on‑site position that will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of safety data, supporting reporting processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a site based position that requires working in Northern BC following a two weeks on/two weeks off schedule.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
